Find your lock
At the entrance you'll find a set of key lockboxes — each labelled with an apartment number. Locate the one matching your apartment number.

Enter your code
Scroll the dials to set your 4-digit code in order, from left to right:

Make sure all 4 digits match the code you received in our message.

Open the lockbox
Pull the lid of the lockbox downward from the top — it will open. Inside you'll find the key to your apartment.

If it doesn't open, double-check each digit — one wheel may not have clicked into position.

Head to your apartment
Take the key, close the lockbox (scramble the dials), and go to Apartment № [your number]. Welcome!

After taking the key, please close the lockbox and mix the digits for security.
Warning! Do not change the lock code. A €10 fine will be charged for any unauthorized code changes.
Check-Out
Check-out time is 10:00 AM. Late check-out available on request.
- ✓Place the key back into the lockbox labelled with your apartment number.
- ✓Close the lockbox and scramble the dials.
