Prices are set in euro for apartment per day. 

Additional charge is a tourist tax, which is 1 Euro per person in the day stay. Children older then 12 pay 50% of the tourist tax. Children up to 12 years – tourist tax is not paid.

Booking procedure:

1. Select the apartment you like and fill in the “Send Request” form. If you travel with the kids, be sure to specify their age.
2. We will get in touch with you as soon as possible, and after discussing all the details, we will calculate the cost of your stay in the selected apartment. Additionally, we will agree on a convenient method for both parties to make the prepayment. The prepayment amount is 30% of the total cost of the accommodation.
3. After receiving the prepayment, you will receive a confirmation email notifying you of the reservation of the selected apartment.
4. You can cancel your reservation up to 30 days before the expected arrival date, and we will refund your prepayment. In the case of late cancellation (within 30 days or less), the prepayment is non-refundable.
5. Upon check-in to the apartment, you are required to pay the full cost of your stay in accordance with the booking terms.
6. Payment method – cash.
7. The administration reserves the right to request a deposit of 50 euros from the guest, which is refundable upon departure (provided that the property in the apartment is fully preserved).

Check-in to the apartments is from 14:00, and check-out is until 11:00.
